Notes / Reminders (per Wantage Township Zoning Ordinance)
All zoning permits shall be acted upon within 10 days of receipt of a fully completed application. Work must not begin until the zoning permit is issued.  In case of material deviations or misrepresentations, the zoning permit may be revoked.  Some types of projects (signs, change of use) may trigger additional requirements (e.g., site plan review, County review).  This is not a building permit. For any construction, building alteration, structural work, or mechanical work, a building permit must also be obtained.
