Wantage Day Vendor Application

Wantage Day 2025 is being held on Saturday, June 14, from 12 PM to 4 PM at Woodbourne Park, 145 Sherman Ridge Rd.

Vendor Fees are $25 per space. Non-profit spaces are complimentary. Non-profits fundraising has a $10 fee per space.

Currently, we are not able to take online payments. For commercial and non-profit fundraising, complete and submit the form to conditionally reserve your space and mail your fee payment to Nicole Dunn, Wantage Recreation, 888 Route 23, Wantage, N.J. 07461. Upon receipt of payment, the status of your application will be revised from “pending” to “confirmed.” Completed forms are due by May 24. Checks must be received by May 31. Vendor Information

Each vendor space is limited to a 10 x 10 area.
We request each vendor provide a giveaway or game for residents to enjoy.
Vendors supply their own tent, table, & chairs.
No electricity is available. We must know in advance if you are bringing a generator.
Set-up begins at 9:30 a.m. and must be completed by 11:30 a.m. One vehicle may remain at your vendor spot.
No vehicles will be permitted in the rear of the park between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Food vendors will meet with a representative of the Board of Health that morning to review food handling requirements.
Food vendors with an open flame need to apply for a fire permit through Hardyston Township.
No alcoholic beverages will be sold or served by vendors.
Vendor fees are non-refundable.
