Description of how you will be participating in the parade. Example: if you are an equestrian group, are you just riding your horses in the parade, are you dressing up, will you have a car or float with you?
CONDITIONS AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: I understand that participating in the parade carries inherent risks and that I could be injured as a result of that participation. Wantage Township & Sussex Borough cannot assume those risks for me and there is no insurance available through either for injuries to me or any passengers I may have. I agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Wantage Township & Sussex Boro, expenses and fees of any kind arising directly or indirectly from my participation in the parade. Wantage Township & Sussex Boro reserves the right to reject any application. Also, I hereby grant full permission to the event organizers and/or agents authorized by them to use any photographs, videotape, recordings or any other record of the event for any legitimate purpose. I agree to abide by the rules & regulations of the event as posted, announced or otherwise presented.
